Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 have been arrested in the meantime and, therefore, this application for anticipatory bail has become infructuous so far as those petitioners are concerned. Since there would be a complication in moving the instant application for petitioner nos. 4, 5 and 6, she prays withdrawal of the instant application with a liberty to file afresh.

In view of the above, the instant application shall be treated to have been withdrawn, so far as the petitioners are concerned with liberty to the petitioner nos. 4,5 and 6 to file a fresh application on the self-same ground.
