1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicants is taken on record.

2. During course of hearing learned advocate representing the applicants does not press both the applications.

3. Learned advocate representing Union of India submits that dispute between the applicants and Manjhari Debi as well as Birendra Ram was settled on accepting a compromise petition which was filed in connection with Title Suit No. 59 of 1995 and accordingly said suit was decreed on compromise by order dated 8th March, 1995.

4. Copies of the order dated 8th March, 1995 and the compromise petition are placed before this Court and same are taken on record.

5. It needs to be recorded herein that in the applications which are taken up for consideration today order passed by the Civil Court on 8th March, 1995 in Title Suit No. 59 of 1995 based on compromise petition is not disclosed.

6. However, in view of the submission made on behalf of the applicants both the applications being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 are dismissed as not being pressed.

7. This order shall not preclude the applicants to take steps in accordance with law.
