Petitioner is aggrieved in respect of the 08.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.307 Rakib representation made to the Parnasree Police Station not being considered which was furnished on 04.04.2025. I find that the same was with a request to the Officer-in-Charge of Parnasree Police Station for not granting any permission to the said club for celebrating Durga Puja. Subsequently no orders have been passed or any communications or any permission granted by the Parnasree Police Station.

Accordingly, I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable, consequently, WPA 9569 of 2025 is dismissed.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
