The applicants are aggrieved by the order passed by the Block Development Officer, Chakdaha Development Block dated January 15, 2024.

The applicants are not happy with the order and do not want compensation, they seek return of the plot. Under such circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped. Liberty is granted to the applicants to challenge the order of the Block Development Officer, in accordance with law.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
