He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail. He submits victim-housewife committed suicide within nine months of marriage.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim. She was subjected to torture over demands of dowry. She committed suicide within nine months of marriage. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer of the bail is rejected.
