Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors hands over a proposal regarding the manner in which the election-in-question may be conducted.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, upon perusal of the copy thereof and on instruction, submits that on principle the petitioners do not have any qualms if the said proposal is adhered to. 3.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors requests the Court to put in a rider that the election be concluded within January, 2024.

In view of the fair submissions of the parties, C.P.A.N. 555 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the

learned Special Officer to conclude the election by January, 2024.

However, the compliance of such direction shall be subject to full cooperation by the petitioners. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
