Dan .....for the State Petitioner seeks waiver of the condition of anticipatory bail granted on September 13, 2021 to the extent of reporting to the Investigating Officer once in every fortnight until further orders. The investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, we are unable to relax the said condition granting the anticipatory bail at this stage particularly when the investigations are yet to be concluded.

IA No. CRAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed.
