1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Registrar of Companies that the writ petition has become infructuous. The deactivation of the petitioners' Director Identification Number (DIN), which was challenged in the present writ petition, has already spent its force and as such, the writ petition be disposed of as infructuous.

2. None appears for the petitioners at the time of call.

3. Keeping on record the submission of the Registrar of Companies, WPA No. 8405 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous.

4. Interim order, if any, stands automatically vacated.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
