Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the private parties. A civil suit is pending. The petitioners did not assault the victims.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that two persons suffered injuries. One of them suffered grievous hurt. Such person was in coma and is unable to speak even as on date. He refers to the injury report of the two victims. He submits that the son of one of the victims implicates the petitioners.

An incident of assault took place, where three persons suffered injuries in which one of them suffered grievous hurt. Petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1701 of 2023 is rejected.
