Learned counsel for the contemnor no.5 files an affidavit-of-compliance which is kept on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the direction of this court, possession has been handed over to the petitioners.

However, it is alleged that the condition of the property was not the same as when it was taken.

It is alleged that certain locks are broken and there are certain other alterations in the property, for which a criminal complaint has been lodged, on the basis of which an FIR has been registered.

Be that as it may, it will be open to the petitioners to pursue their complaint before the criminal forum.

Insofar as the contempt matter is concerned, in view of the return of the possession of the propertyin-question to the petitioners, there is no further occasion to keep the present contempt application pending.

It may be noted here that the allegations made today by the petitioners are denied by the contemnor no.5.

Accordingly, WPCRC of stands discharged and CPAN 674 of 2024 also stands disposed of in the light of the above observations. 9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
