Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the averments in the written complaint do not implicate the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It prima facie appears that the petitioner and others duped job aspirants of several lakhs of rupees with assurance of granting employment to them.

Investigation is continuing.

Considering the material available in the case diary suggesting prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
