...... petitioner Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, Mr. Debapriya Majumder, Mr. Arindam Poali ....for the petitioner Mr. Kunal Ganguly ....for the State Statement of the survivor, is corroborated by other materials in the Case Diary with regard to aggravated penetrative sexual assault. Petitioners stand implicated in such an incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1326 of 2024 is disposed of.
