The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher (H/P.G.) in the subject Physics at Kasemnagar BNPT Girls' High School, Mangalkote, District - Purba Bardhaman. The application of the petitioner for general Transfer under the Utsashree Portal has been rejected on the ground that 10% of the teachers of the school availing the said portal, have already taken transfer. The ground assigned to reject the application of the petitioner is not free from doubt but the operation of the portal since is under suspension, there is no scope for consideration of the prayer of the petitioner. W.P.A. 9454 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
