The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 01.04.2025 was not taken into account by the Officer-in-Charge, Pandua Police Station.
Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.4 on the other hand submits that the contentions advanced in the information so furnished are absolutely without any foundation and are wild allegations;
further the other documents which have been referred to in the writ petition are questionable.
State has submitted a report which reflects that one Jamuna Hembram tried to dismantle the
trees on a plot for raising construction; when resisted, she threatened petitioner of dire consequences. Police authorities have recorded the incident as a general diary entry on the said date. Proceedings have been drawn up under Sections 126/135 of BNSS.
Be that as it may, petitioner, if he has materials in his possession, would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking relevant provisions of law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9581 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
