It appears from the report furnished before this Court on behalf of the State that the sole appellant has served out the sentence and was released from the correctional home and to substantiate that, necessary documents have been gathered from the correctional home and are annexed to the said report. On perusal of the same, it is seen that the entire sentence of six years as was passed by the learned Sessions Judge has been fully served out. In that view of the matter, there remains nothing for adjudication in this appeal.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

4. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
