1. The petitioners object to erection of the mobile tower on the ground that the consent of the villagers is not taken.

2. There is no rule or regulation pointed out by the petitioners in this regard as to whether the consent of the villagers is required. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this public interest petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
