Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the revisional application. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the application without any liberty to file a fresh application on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the application being CRR 1520 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently all connected applications stand disposed of.
