1. Revisonal application is directed against an order of issuance of warrant of arrest.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the jurisdictional Court and pray for bail.

3. Petitioner may apply before the jurisdictional Court for bail, who will consider the same, in accordance with law. Jurisdictional Court no doubt will take into consideration the fact that the petitioner was on bail for a substantial period of time.

4. CRR/1848/2025 is disposed of accordingly.
