1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party has submitted that opposite party/PNB Housing Finance Limited has filed one application under Section 138 of the NI Act against the petitioner.

3. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party that on account of amicable settlement between the parties, opposite party/PNB Housing Finance Limited already withdrew the said case under Section 138 of the NI Act on 06.11.2024 and as a sequel the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

4. The instant revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 11.03.2024, thereby directing the petitioner to pay sum of Rs.3,00,000/- within 30 days from the date of passing of the order after rejecting an

application for adjournment.

5. In these circumstances, on account of non-appearance of the petitioner, the instant revisional application stands dismissed for default.
