She submits that the case being Session Trial No.1(3) of 2008 has already been disposed of by the trial court. It appears from the status report dated 28.7.2022 as well as the letter of trial court dated 27.7.2022 that the case being Session Trial No.1(3) of 2008, Session Case No.14(3) of 2007, G.R. No.756 of 2004 (arising out of Bagdah Police Station Case No.176 of 2004) which is the subject matter of the present revisional application, has already been disposed of on 28.4.2015.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application stands disposed of.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
