The petitioner is one of the four accused persons, who has been in jail for the last three years and four months. The charge is of dacoity. Apparently, the office of an organization called "Muthoot Finance" was looted by the petitioner and his accomplices. The petitioner submits that he has been incarcerated for a very long time and even charges have not been framed. He prays for bail.

The State opposes the prayer vehemently. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor says that the petitioners were identified in T. I. Parade. Recovery was made from the

petitioners. Fingerprints, CCTV footage etc. are all available which implicate the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is presently lodged in correctional home in Behur, Bihar in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.23 of 2018 dated 20.1.2018 and 22/18 dated 19.1.2018.

We have considered the materials in the case diary and the facts and circumstances of the case. We are of the view that at this stage, the petitioner should not be enlarged on bail. However, we request the learned Trial Court to consider framing of the charges at the earliest and preferably within a period of three months from date and then carry on with the proceedings in accordance with law and bring it to a logical conclusion as expeditiously as the business of the Court may permit. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
