Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the possession of the present petitioner and has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are antecedents of criminal cases so far as the present petitioner is concerned and the investigation of the case is still in progress. Having considered the same, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 837 of 2026 is dismissed. Mr. Gouranga Kr. Das, learned advocate and Mr. Sunil Gupta, learned advocate was directed to represent the State. Their appearance be regularized by the concerned authorities. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
