The prayer of the petitioner for grant of caste reservation certificate has been rejected by the authority.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

The order of rejection is an appealable one.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents relies on the report forwarded by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and the Sub-Divisional Officer, Asansol mentioning that the petitioner has suppressed material facts. The petitioner on two earlier occasions applied for issuance of OBC certificate which was rejected by the authority.

As factual issues are required to be adjudicated for ascertaining the legality of the impugned order, accordingly, the Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner. It will be open

for the petitioner to approach the competent appellate forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. 7.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
