1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application filed. As such the petitioner would not like to press the same but would like to pray for liberty to file afresh.

2. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the self-same grounds.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
