Re: CRMSPL 19 of 2026 Having regard to the reasons assigned in the application for special leave to appeal for challenging the judgement and order of acquittal passed by the learned Trial Court, I am of the opinion that the applicant has made out a

case for preferring appeal. Accordingly, the applicant is granted leave to prefer appeal within the statutory period. CRMSPL 19 of 2026 is, thus, allowed.
