State is represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the husband is absconding. He draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the husband is absconding, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
CRM 3797 of 2021 is rejected.
