Khan Mr. Arup Sarkar .... for the State Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain Ms. Sweta Bhatta .... for the de facto complainant Statements of the witnesses particularly the statements of the victims implicate the petitioners as the persons who assaulted them resulting in death of one of the victims. In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
