The petitioner challenges the maintainability of the proceeding.

The contention of the petitioner with regard to the correctness of proceeding and the legality thereof can be raised before the Rent Controller.

In any event, orders passed by the learned Rent Controller can be challenged before the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal and not before the High Court.

The petitioner can approach the learned Rent Controller and raise the question of maintainability, etc.

The revisional application stands dismissed accordingly.
