This is an application for contempt alleging deliberate and willful violation of the order dated November 19, 2024 passed by this Court in WPA 27119 of 2024.

Mr. Mitra, learned advocate for the applicant submits that though the order has been complied with but there are some typographical mistakes in the said order; he prays that the said mistakes be corrected.

In the second line of the second paragraph at the first page of the said order, the words 'died-in-harness on August 14, 1987 prior' be deleted and the same be replaced by the words 'retired on November 30, 2001 and died on April 16, 2015 after'.

The Department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the said order dated November 19, 2024 as indicated above; other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

In view of the compliance of the said order, the application for contempt being CPAN 716 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
