Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore is directed to execute its judgment and order dated 17.3.2016 passed in connection with complaint case no. AC 609/2009 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

For the present, the revisional application being CRR 1159 of 2017 is dismissed for default.
