None appears on behalf of the respondents though it has been submitted by Mr. Bose, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that he had served the notice and the writ petition by email and he undertakes to file affidavit of service in course of tomorrow.

The petitioner is aggrieved by nonconsideration of his representation made through his learned Advocate on 30th April, 2021 being annexure P-2 of the before the Officer-in-Charge, Ghola Police Station, Barrackpore, being respondent no.3 making prayer for supply of some documents in question. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Officer-in-Charge, Ghola Police Statation, Barrackpore/ respondent no.3 to consider the aforesaid representation dated 30th April, 2021 strictly in accordance with law and to intimate the

outcome of the aforesaid representation to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of the communication of this order.

With the above direction WPA 10547 of 2021 is disposed of.
