Ld. Public Prosecutor has pointed out that although the petitioner has prayed for stay of execution of the warrant of arrest, but, in the present case, the execution report of proclamation has been submitted and the accused person(s) have been declared to be proclaimed offender. The report also suggests that the process of attachment is complete.

Having considered the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the execution process which have been completed.

However, if the petitioner appears before the court and prays for bail, the ld. trial court would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1523 of 2024 is disposed of.
