CAN 1 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioners praying for an order of disposal of the revisional application for nonprosecution. Mr. Rabindranath Mahata, learned Advocate for the petitioners, submits that the revisional application does not survive as the grievances of the petitioner has already been met in a separate proceeding before this Court. Mr. Das, learned Advocate for the opposite parties, does not object to the disposal of the suit for non-prosecution. Accordingly the revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
