1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim housewife. She was murdered at the matrimonial home within one year of marriage. Delay in the matter is due to abscondence of the co-accused i.e. brother-inlaw of the victim lady.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
