Learned counsel for the petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Debra Police Station.

It appears that there are civil disputes with regard to extent of land between the parties. Civil Suit being T. S. No. 78 of 2009 filed by the petitioner has been decreed ex parte.

The nature and extent of the decree obtained by the petitioner is not known.

Be that as it may, Debra Police Station has registered three several FIRs, two on the complaint of the petitioner and one on the complaint of the private respondents against the petitioner.

All the FIRs have been investigated and have resulted in charge sheets.

There is prima facie evidence of discord between the petitioner and the private respondents. The petitioner may obtain an appropriate order from the Civil Court as regards demarcation of his land vis a vis the private respondents.

Debra Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

8.

The report of the Debra Police Station dated 10.05.2023 is taken on record.

9.

The writ petition is disposed of.

10.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, connected application is also disposed of.

11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

12.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
