The petitioner's application for transfer was processed and the School Service Commission recommended her to Binodini Girls' High School, District - Kolkata.

There was no vacancy in the first two choices of Schools made and in the third choice, there were other candidates senior to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no vacancy in the School, to which she was recommended and she is awaiting a rerecommendation from the School Service Commission. In those circumstances, the petitioner shall sit with the Chairman of the School Service Commission on 30th August, 2022 at about 1:00 P.M.

A suitable recommendation shall be made in consultation with the petitioner to a nearby School. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
