1. Revisional application is directed against the order dated December 23, 2024 passed in GR Case No.3174 of 2023.

2. By the impugned order, the jurisdictional Court rejected the prayer for further investigation in the case and proceeded to accept the FRT submitted on behalf of the police.

3. Learned jurisdictional Court found that, there were property disputes between the private parties.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there are several police complaints and counter cases between the private parties.

5. By an order dated September 19, 2025, the Court required the State to produce the case diary.

6. Case diary produced in Court, perused and returned to the learned Advocate appearing for the State.

7. There are about five statements of neighbours recorded in the case diary.

8. None of those statements suggests that the private opposite parties were involved in the arson complained of.

9. Court called upon the petitioner to name a person who saw the incident.

10. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner names such person. Court finds that, such person was examined and he does not support the case of the petitioner in the statement recorded as appearing in the case diary.

11. In such circumstances, I find no material irregularity in the order impugned.

12. CRR 1863 of 2025 is dismissed.
