In 2nd line of paragraph 2, Page 1, of the judgment dated 30th January, 2024 "2025" shall be read as "2015" and in 3rd line word "Durgapur" be deleted and word "Bardhaman" shall be read as "Medinipur".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 30.01.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
