Perused the Special Leave Petition with a prayer for leave to file the appeal challenging the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Sixth Court, Calcutta, whereby the learned Magistrate found the opposite party not guilty of committing any offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and acquitted her under Section 255 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. Leave is granted.

8. Petitioner is directed to file the appeal within the statutory period of limitation.
