When the matter is called on for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners, in her usual fairness, submits that the clients have not contacted with her in the meantime.

Hence, although the KMC is represented through counsel, it appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in proceeding with the matter.

Accordingly, C. O. No. 1177 of 2009, along with connected application, if any, are dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.
