The petitioner complains that since the civil suit has been dismissed, the police authorities should make a passage for the petitioner to enter into his premises.

A report has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State which reflects that the petitioner is in possession

of the property, while the respondent no.5 is in possession of one room in respect of the four other rooms, the same is in possession of the petitioner which has been tenanted out.

Be that as it may, this court will not interfere into the said zone since an alternative efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable, as such, WPA 9545 of 2025 is dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
