In Re.:- An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The present revisional application was preferred challenging the orders dated 19.04.2021, 05.03.2021 and 11.12.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, South 24 Parganas in Complaint Case No.1959/2020.

Having considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application, I am of the view that the complainant must be allowed to place his evidence before charge in the trial court. Petitioners would be at liberty to take out an application for discharge at the time of consideration of charges.

With this aforesaid observation, C.R.R. 1326 of 2021 is disposed of.
