1. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

2. On the last occasion i.e. on August 16, 2024 when the matter was called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to retire from the matter, which leave was granted.

3. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits, in consonance with his submissions made on August 16, 2024, that the petitioner is no longer willing to proceed with the contempt application.

4. The supplementary affidavit filed today by the alleged contemnor is kept on record.

5. It transpires from the annexure at page 5 of the same, which is a letter by the petitioner indicating that she has realized that she is not entitled to get the

old age pension since she does not fulfill the criteria required therefor, coupled with a letter to her advocate, a photocopy of which is annexed at the next page in similar tune, that the petitioner is no longer willing to proceed with the matter.

6. Accordingly, CPAN 675 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
