In the matter of : An application under Sections 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This revisonal application has been preferred in respect of Misc. Execution Case No. 85 of 2011 under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure instituted before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

At the time of admission of the revisional application on 17th April, 2012 a co-ordinate Bench of this court was pleased to impose certain conditions. Records do not reflect that any compliance report has been submitted by the petitioner before this court.

Having regard to the quantum of money which was due at the relevant point of time, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1367 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
