Mr. Nirupam Dhali ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners no. 1,2 and 3 in obstructing arrest of petitioner no. 4 in connection with pilferage of electricity, we are of the opinion in view of the nature of offence which shows brazen disregard to law and order and obstruction to public duty, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
