And In Re : Sukurali Sk @ Sekh ..... petitioner Mr. Prabir Majumder Mr. Snehansu Majumder ... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for more than a decade. Victim has not been recovered. Prayer for bail was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
