1. The matter has been listed at the instance of the respondents, seeking extension of time to file objection to the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 filed by the appellant in the Trial Court.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the affidavit-in-opposition to the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 and objection already filed in the Trial Court shall be taken on record thereat.

3. Time to file reply by the appellant thereto is extended by a period of two weeks from date.
