Petitioner had absconded and has been declared proclaimed offender. Trial is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid facts and the materials on record disclosing trafficking in fake Indian currency notes by the petitioner, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
