Ms. Zareen Khan Ms. Amita Gour ....for the State Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are co-operating with the investigation and responded to the notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that in response to a notice under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, defacto complainant submitted a writing dated April 14, 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the contents of the writing of the defacto complainant dated April 14, 2021, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further conditions that the petitioners shall meet the investigating officer once in two weeks and shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
