1. Order granting anticipatory bail has been assailed on the ground that petitioner had been threatened by opposite party no. 2 and associates.

2. Report is placed on record.

3. Report shows investigation is complete. Petitioner and opposite party no. 2 are related to one another. After grant of bail there was hot altercation between them. This may have been of various reasons and cannot always tantamount to misuse of liberty. Police had intervened and directed both the parties to maintain tranquility.

4. Accordingly, we do not wish to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to opposite parties.

5. Police is directed to maintain peace and tranquility in the area.
